Have you ever wanted to machine a part quickly without having to make G-Code? If so, this is the solution!
This board will do just that. Flip the jog enable switch and the jog control board assumes control of your
4XCNC10B, 4XCNC15B, 4XCNC10C, 4XCNC15C, or a DB25RBOB with the single axis bipolar or unipolar drive
boards. If you make your own interface cable, you can use this board with any step direction drive controller
you choose. This allows you to jog your machine without your computer. No more metal shavings in your
computer keyboard. The 4XCNCJC also does incremental stepping with 15 different incremental step
distances.
Simply unplug your existing 4 axis drive board and plug the computer cable into the 4XCNCJC board, and
then plug the 4XCNCJC board into the drive board. The boards themselves will plug directly into one
another or you can use a cable to do this if there is not enough room in your cabinet for both boards.
You then jump the 5 volt power from the 4XCNC drive board to the 4XCNCJC, hook up the switches to control
the axises, as well as the speed control pot, and jog distance encoder, and you are ready to make chips!
JOG KIT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
4- toggle switches for forward and reverse control of each axis (round shaft panel mount switches for easy
mounting on your control panel)
1- jog enable switch (this switch toggles control from the computer to the jog control board and vise versa)
1- speed control pot (this pot controls the speed of the motors and the axises)
1- sixteen position hex rotary encoder (this controls the distance the machine travels when in increment
mode, as the jog control has both constant and incremental jog control)
1- 4XCNCJC board with easy to follow hook-up instructions
